About Ashley
Ashley is an enthusiastic child and family therapist based in our Dublin office. Ashley specializes in working with young children and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or just the everyday life challenges. She has extensive experience working with autistic children and enjoys partnering with kids and families who have felt like they've lost their way in connecting with each other.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs. She draws from motivational interviewing, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to create a supportive and effective treatment experience.
She commits to bringing humor, warmth, and genuine understanding to every session and strives to create a space where children and families can strengthen connections, heal, and move forward together. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand and regulate their emotions, develop self-compassion, and build practical skills that foster lasting well-being.
Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks, playing with her cats, and traveling whenever she can.
