Jesse is the founder and owner of Foundations Family Counseling. He specializes in working with young adult males and provides couples counseling.

David Root, LISW-S

David is the Clinical Lead at our Worthington office. He works with families and teens, including resistant teenagers. He is trained in EMDR therapy.

John Mediatore, LPCC

John works with teens, adults and couples and specializes in mood and anxiety disorders and trauma. He is trained in EMDR therapy.

Deborah works with adult individuals and couples and specializes in trauma and grief. She is trained in EMDR therapy.

Deborah Vaughan, LPCC-S

Stephanie Barnard, LPC

Stephanie specializes in working with children and teens, with emphasis on anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence.

Dublin

Paige Shively, Psy.D., LPCC-S

Paige is the Clinical Lead at our Dublin office. She serves people of all ages, but feels work with children and parents is especially rewarding.

Sarah Mediatore, LPCC-S

Sarah serves as the Community Outreach Manager for Foundations. She specializes in working with women and traumatized populations, is trained in EMDR therapy and utilizes IFS therapy practices.

Zaida Lane-Shephard, LISW-S

Zaida specializes in treating OCD, mood and anxiety disorders, and behavioral issues in children.

Maria Casa, LPCC

Maria works with adults and children, provides couples counseling, and is certified in trauma-informed yoga. Maria is able to see clients via telehealth only.

Ashley Ohlin, LPC

Ashley specializes in working with young children and families.
