About Paige
Paige is the clinical lead at the Dublin Office and has been practicing for 6 years.
She is a psychologist and licensed counselor with supervisory status, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through a compassionate, holistic approach to mental health. With experience working across the lifespan, she especially values the opportunity to help children and families grow, heal, and thrive together.

Her work is grounded in the understanding that mental health is influenced by more than just thoughts and behaviors—it is shaped by our relationships, cultural backgrounds, physical health, and even our environment. She takes into account the complex interplay between these factors, including how family dynamics, nutrition, movement, and environmental stressors can all impact emotional well-being.

She is trained in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), which she integrates into individualized treatment plans when appropriate. These evidence-based approaches are powerful tools for processing trauma, managing intense emotions, and building skills for long-term resilience.

What she loves most about practicing at Foundations is the culture. "I’ve learned that we have so many competent and skilled providers all with their own passions and interests which serve our clients so well. It’s an uplifting place to work, and I actually look forward to Mondays!"

When Paige is not at the office, she is chasing two little ones around outside. "We love going to Ohio State football games and in my free time, I’m busy doing house projects! But the summer, you can always find me by the pool, listening to a podcast."
