Family Counseling

At Foundations Family Counseling, we are dedicated to serving families in a holistic manner.  We see individuals as living in the context of a larger system including parents, siblings and the wider community.  We often meet together with multiple family members to achieve systemic goals to help individuals thrive within their family.

 

Our therapists take a collaborative approach. Family counseling involves all relevant family members working together to address issues and develop solutions. The therapist facilitates discussions, helping family members understand each other's perspectives and improve communication.
