Paige Shively

Doctor of Psychology

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Paige Shively is a licensed professional counselor and earned a Doctoral degree in Psychology from Northwest University, located in the greater Seattle WA area. Paige has diverse clinical experience and has worked in private practices, schools, healthcare settings, and outpatient treatment programs all over the country. In addition, she was instrumental in opening Ohio’s first recovery high school for students with substance use disorders and served as the school’s first Principal and Executive Director. Currently, she serves as an adjunct professor at Franklin University and Liberty University.

 

She has worked with couples and individuals of all ages, but recently completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship that focused on treatment of Autism and developmental disorders in children. She loves working with parents and helping families to develop strong alliances and healthy relationships.. Her passion for her clients and students is continually renewed when they gain insight, achieve new skills, and experience personal growth.

 

In her free time, she enjoys attending Ohio State football games, traveling to the west coast, hiking new trails, reading and cooking. Some of her favorite books include: Mindset by Carol Dweck, You’re Not Enough (And That’s Okay) by Allie Beth Stuckey, Grit by Angela Duckworth, The Garden by Jon Gordon, and of course the Anne of Green Gables and Harry Potter series!
